Something about a snake

Quin keeps talking about that derpy stringbean image, and how there's "Lore" to it. Talking to me about how it was seen near an unconscious dude, I didn't respond out of pure confusion, that and I was unsure if she was mentally there. But I have been looking at this image, and I do not understand it one bit.

It's just an edited image of Stringbean, why was she putting such a fuss about it?
